Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Lips:First Impression

Hey lovelies....Hope your all having a fab sunday so far!! :) This launch is by the most exciting for any Charlotte Tilbury makeup lover. We have all see brands create their own liquid lipstick products but when CT announced her #hollywoodlips collection I died...literally!! Charlotte's lip products are amazing and top any highstreet brand I have bought before. The first swatches I seen of these items were from Really Ree's instagram story when they attended the launch party for Charlotte's new products. I knew I had to pick up some of these and the nude shades screamed my name. Most of my lip products are all nude shades no matter what the brand. I decided to go for the three shades I loved the most and they were Charlotte Darling, Best Actress and Rising Star :) All of these liquid lipsticks retail for £24.00 on Charlotte's website here :)

Firstly the packaging is to die for with its rose gold bottle  and signature CT logo it literally oozes hollywood. The lips logo is just super pretty and I love how Charlotte named these hollywood lips, they are designed to give you red carpet lips in real life. The product has a unique crescent applicator that is designed to mimic the natural curve of the lips. In my opinion very much like the regular doe-foot applicators you see on most liquid lipsticks. I like this kind of applicator, its so much better when applying liquid lipstick. The products also contain an anti aging sea lavender. A blend of hyaluronic acid and collagen that plumps and smooths the lips whilst slowing down signs of natural aging. Beeswax is also in the product to protect and soften the lips whilst cyclopentasiloxane provides a long lasting finish. I love how Charlotte actually displays what is in the products so we know what we are applying to our lips, its definitely  something I look for in a product description :)

Charlotte's colour choices in this product is beautiful!! I love all shades however I only picked up three shades to start off with. I love a good nude shade and chose the three I think I will love the most.  Charlotte Darling is a creamy pink beige nude, Best actress is a soft creamy nude brown and Rising Star is a warm pink :) Charlotte uses the shade Rising Star in her new #hollywoodbombshellglowlook video on youtube. I will insert that video for your guys below so you can take a look at Charlotte recreating the look she did on Emma Roberts for the met gala this year :) I think the look is absolutely stunning and my most favourite eye palette from Charlotte is the dolce vita palette. It truly is a stunning collection of eye shades perfect all year round :) Charlotte also shows us her new contour and beauty light wands in this video along with her new complexion double ended brush :) Enjoy the vid its divine :)

LOOOOKKKK at these swatches guys!! (not the greatest swatch but it's the colour were looking right lol) Aren't they beautiful, yes they are nude shades we have seen before but the texture is beautiful. I love how creamy they are. When I swatched these for the first time they just glided on so beautifully. I also tried Charlotte Darling on my lips and I'm impressed. It's so comfortable, so smooth and nowhere near drying as some matte liquid lipsticks. From top to bottom the swatches are Best Actress, Rising Star and Charlotte's signature shade "Charlotte Darling" :) I really like these products and will give them a go on my lips, see how they last throughout the day. I am eager to pick up more shades from the line as I can't say no to anything Charlotte releases..I'm a HUGE Charlotte Tilbury fan and absolutely adore her brand, the best makeup in the industry in my opinion..just saying :) Take a look at some of the other shades in Charlotte's promotion video below....xo
