Autumn Party Glam Makeup

Hey lovelies....I always love it when there is a party to go to or an occasion scheduled in my diary especially on a weekend. Even if your heading out on a saturday night this look is perfect for a autumn glam makeup look...enjoy x

For my base I love wearing the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation. Its described as a demi matte finish and is full coverage. I love full coverage foundations and for night time this is the coverage I prefer.  I do find that you have to apply at least two coats for a flawless finish. Once you apply a concealer the foundation looks so blended and gives an effortless look. I would also use Charlotte's micro powder over this foundation as it looks so airbrushed and gives your skin a gorgeous glow..oh and the wonderglow primer is ideal for this look too...

Now when it comes to glam makeup looks I absolutely love applying eyeshadow. Eyeshadow has to be my most worn makeup item in my collection. Im such an eyeshadow junkie that I love using different palettes everyday of the week. For a cream base the Charlotte Tilbury eyes to mesmerise pot in Bette is stunning. You can use this underneath a glitter, pigment or even a super shock shadow from Colourpop. Bette retails for £22.00 and when used with Charlotte's eyeshadow blender brush it glides on perfectly. You can also use these eyeshadow pots underneath the bottom lash line too. I like  using them with a precision or smudger brush to add a little colour to your eyelook. The CT colour chameleon eyeshadow pencils are also perfect for a base colour as well underneath the bottom lashline. The shade I love the most is Bronzed Garnet. I absolutely love the rich tones and it's perfect for this season. The colour chameleon pencils retail for £19.00. I definitely recommend these if your one for doing a quick makeup look, they make your makeup look so effortless and elegant at the same time..

For the eyes my favourite palette would have to be the Tarlette in Bloom. I love the shade firecracker its so stunning. Now you don't just have to use a palette for a party eye you can mix and match your products. Firecracker looks stunning over a cream shadow or even a matte from the tartlette in bloom palette. I love bronze, orange, reds, browns, nudes, copper and gold tones in the autumn. The pigmentation of this palette is amazing and when you use a glitter or pigment over top it makes the eyelook look party ready. I have been using the NYX cosmetics glitter in copper. You only need a small amount  plus maybe applying it over some glitter glue works too. I really want to try some more of NYX glitters as they have been described as dupes for the Mac glitter and pigments...

When I'm doing my makeup for a night out or a party I love wearing a bold lip and it's usually a berry or a red shade. Mac Diva is such an iconic shade and I think almost everyone owns this lipstick. I only purchased it last year and I'm still in love with it. I tend to stay clear of bold lipsticks in the summer as I find the makeup looks looks too heavy for that time of year. However for autumn this shade looks stunning with a gold eye. I will be doing a Berry edit post on my blog soon so you guys can see the lipsticks I love throughout Autumn...thank you so much for reading...xo
